Air, Land, or ocean
We will give you the information you need to decide whether you would like your trophies secured on a plane or carried across the ocean, once it arrives at our warehouse. You choose which of these options are more practical and/or affordable for you!
Before collecting and packaging the trophies, we coordinate with the taxidermist to apply for, receive and verify all the required paperwork for exit of the consignment out of the country.
You are informed by email and telephone of every action we take to deliver your consignment to its desired location.

The packaging is done in a manner which prevents movement. From the smallest, to the largest, we are capable of packaging it all, and delivering what was intended. We use the same packaging principles that we designed decades ago and firmly believe in and are evidence of practice that made prefect. For us size doesn’t matter but experience does.

All our packaging materials comply with international IPPC and ISPM15 regulatory standards.

Step 1:
Your trophy consignment has been booked for departure on the first available flight.
Step 2:
The shipment is prepared to travel post payment and completion of South African export formalities (which can take up to three business days).
Step 3:
Your package is loaded and secured on the plane and shipped to its destination.
Step 4:
Once your consignment has landed, your appointed customs broker will attend to clearance and deliver to your door.

We have direct access to and communication with the airport handling staff and do not subcontract this service.

Domestic Freight
We provide land transportation throughout all of South Africa. Trophies and other items can be picked up or delivered by us from airports or taxidermists with ease. Our vehicles are appropriately maintained to ensure that your trophy arrives safely and securely.

OCEAN TRANSPORT
Ocean Freight
As an alternative to air freight, we offer carriage by way of the accumulation of sufficient cargo to optimize full container loads to such destinations that our ocean line partners service. These containers are loaded within the safe parameters of our premises, whereafter each container is sealed and safely transported to port. Upon arrival of the ship, our trusted customs brokers attend to the clearance formalities and deliver to your door.
